What is Self – Acceptance?
It is the willingness to abide, to be OK with what is, in this moment. It is the realization that whatever is going on internally, in the mind, in the body, or externally, in circumstance, in life, does NOT define you. It’s the understanding that there is the ability, the accountability, the capacity, the responsibility, to shift what is. It is not forever. It is just what is happening right now. And it can change, it can transform. To ACKNOWLEDGE, to ACCEPT, to APPRECIATE, moment to moment, creates a powerful perspective to be in, to create from.
