practice KIND
I created a tool to trigger TRANSFORMATION, calibrate CONSCIOUSNESS, FEEL FREEDOM. It’s called practice KIND and this is how you practice KIND moment to moment:
K = Karma. Map current state. ACKNOWLEDGE actions i.e. thoughts / emotions, speech, deeds.
I = Investigate. Self – enquire. Pay ATTENTION to NOW, ABIDE in HERE.
N = Normalize. Be equanimous. ACCEPT, APPRECIATE what arises in this moment.
D = Dissolve. Expand consciousness. In AWARENESS, be with what arises.
